I know this idea is not new, but I think it worth repeating. The "comma trick" in the thought name only works with new thoughts. It should work with existing thoughts. For example, I should be able to add a comma to an existing thought and it should have the same effect as with a newly created thought.

Please Develop Web Clipper Bookmarklet
I love the cross mapping functionality of theBrain. However, I find myself using Evernote more and more since it is so easy to clip interesting articles using a bookmarklet. I recommend theBrain to develop a chrome/firefox add-in that will allow users to clip articles/url and "thought tag" them.

Cada vez que necesito consultar un video tengo que realizar un proceso tedioso en YouTube para cambiar el subtitulado del ingles, al espaniol porque no se puede bajar en espanol directamente y se pierde mucho tiempo. No se podria acceder directamente a una version ya subtitulada en espaniol ?? Asi podría bajarla a mi pc y acceder a ella desde mi disco cada vez que la necesite. Lo mismo para los tutoriales. El traductor de Google ayuda mucho, pero si estas con este proseso una y otra vez, al llegar a lo que está solo en ingles, el desanimo gana…

que la Guia de Ususario, también esté en espaniol
Si la interfaz puede acceder al idioma espaniol, seria productivo para todos, que se pueda acceder a la la Guia de usuario en espaniol directamente, sin tener que estar utilizando el traductor de google constantemente

increase the calendar feature
I am an avid brain user and have made it the center of my intelligent existence. It is where I store EVERYTHING - so when I am on the road, I depend on the brain that is now synched to my iphone and my ipad. My biggest problem is that the calendar is not available and when I am out and about, sometimes I have to make an appointment or see an appointment - and I am totally stuck. shapes to draw in the notes section
It would be nice to have shape and simpel drawing in the notes section (also in webbrain!) . The use:
Pictures say more than words : so with the above mentioned functionality i would be able to draw a simple flow/ proces diagram within a note.
I know i could use third party software and then copy it in the note. But that's more work....2 votes -
Sync iPad Inbox with desktop
When I clip articles, etc., to the Inbox in the iPad version of TheBrain I don't always have time to add those items to thoughts. I would like the Inbox to sync to the desktop version of TheBrain so I have the option of using the Inbox contents on the desktop. (I think this is almost the same as saying I'd like to have a universal Inbox that's accessible to TheBrain on all platforms - iOS, Android, OS X, Windows and web.)

Any way to select multiple thoughts from the instant search list?
It's often difficult in the instant search list to find the right thought because many of them are very similar in terms of the text you can see, and you can't see the thought icons. Is there anything one can do other than looking at them one at a time, with a new instant search in between each check?

Abandon this project
Its obvious this company does not want to improve the user experience and utility of this product. As it stands TheBrain is a glorified file organizer but it has/had the potential to be much more.

On assignment of Thought Type, navigate the Though Types list using instant search and arrow keys
I use thought types extensively but the current method of assigning them is fragile and imprecise. Shouldn't be this hard or tedious. Moving to the mouse and scrolling the list and hoping I don't click in the wrong place or I have to start over... extremely imprecise and slows me way way down.
Once the Thought Type list is open, I instinctively want to start typing to filter down the list to the thought I want, then press enter to select it. Also I instinctively want to move to the keyboard arrows to navigate the list, again pressing enter to…

is there a way to automate thebrain to make jumps? for example, if i have a 2 lists, let's say "a" is the first parent, and its children are
Please automation to make jumps between thoughts which are exactly the same an option. that way i can know that i don't have duplicates for one thing, and two, that I can generate lists of ideas and see connections between them all quickly, efficiently, and effectively. Thanks
