Many improvements related to links are included in the TheBrain 7.

I wonder if we are all headed in the direction of "thoughts only" brains, where each thought would have a thought "class" and associated skin. There could be "normal" thoughts, "link" thoughts and "tag" thoughts, to use today's terminology.
"Thoughts only" brains would avoid the complexities of keeping links separate from thoughts as the links grow in power.
Food ... for thought.

I agree a lot with this suggestion. Links should have more functionality in the brain, so that they can give more information on relations.

Let me share just one example: If I'm working on a PB that displays an array of personal relationships (family, friends, friends-of-friends, etc.), one of the things I might want to say about [Jack]-[Jill] is "Strengthen this relationship".
Right now I can do that with a simple Link Type: [Strengthen this Relationship], but Notes to this *specific* link would be very helpful.

This is a very important feature for the brain to work as concept maps. This could be used as a decision feature too.
Great if these views could be snapshoted too.

I can really see how this feature will bring the software to a whole new level of interactivity. I'm in with you on this fully.
