develop a Personal Brain iPhone App
I had posted this as an idea but was not clear that I expected an iPhone App that could Synch with "Brains in the Cloud" Thus having Cloud based Brains is a key step but did not "Complete" My original idea. An iPhone App would be able to take full advantage of the iPhone UI and Multi Finger controls.
Thus the repost
TheBrain for iOS is out now worldwide. It features separate native UIs designed for iPad and iPhone. Thanks everyone for your patience.

I'd like to add some encouragement for this excellent software to work on iThings and Android. It clearly makes sense. And a cheap app would give The Brain some penetration.

Although I'm a big fan of the brain, I am now considering cancelling my subscription for the coming year since I'm mainly using my Ipad and Iphone and not my mac anymore. Clear communication about the release date of an app would help...

Unfortunately I have completely abandoned The Brain and have started to use various work-arounds. The iPad is too much a part of my daily workday to not have such key information available.
If these guys weren't so 'close to the vest' with information about iPad app then maybe I would stick around and wait. But I'm out. This WAS my favorite way to organize my thoughts and I would have paid premium price for the app.
I just got tired of waiting.

I love TheBrain and keep coming back to it over the years. I'm an IOS developer and keep thinking I should create something like this so that I can have it. I'd really like to have this on my iPhone & iPad.

Beginning to think TheBrain Technologies doesn't have the chops to pull this off. It's been over a year since they announced they were working on this, and the last comment I can find anywhere from the company about this was over 6 months ago. I really resent the silence. And I really resent that they tried to foist off on us the web client as a viable option for mobile access. What a joke! As much as I love TheBrain and want to continue using it, my confidence in the appearance of a native iOS app is flagging and the importance of my iPad in my work processes moving forward is forcing me to find an alternative.

The lack of this product is why I haven't upgraded my old version of PersonalBrain6 to PB7. Even though PersonalBrain is a far better standalone product than any competitor, I've started using another mindmapping program that does synchronize between mobile (iPad & iPhone) and desktop. I do miss the PersonalBrain features, but not as much as I would miss being able to access and edit all my information, anywhere I go.
The world just isn't tied to single machines anymore. I'm ready to switch back when this product comes out. Until then, I'll be elsewhere.

I'm completely against this idea. I guess that the resources are limited and there are too many features and improvements on queue already. The more platforms added the worst support for already available OS.
In addition, the iPhone Window is too small to properly support PB.
Guys, if you're out, just take notes and add them to Personal Brain when u have access to a computer or use Google calendar. Google Calendar can be synchronized with PB.

If I were the PersonalBrain company, I wouldn't be holding my cards so close to the vest as they are in terms of building excitement about their upcoming iOS version of PB. I've dropped PB months ago once I became an iPad user, but would pick it back up if it were available. My biggest concern is whether PB can be made to work on the iPad well -- oh, I believe it can be made so, but will this company go all-out to make it so? Requires full integration w/ iOS hooks and APIs into most apps and the OS itself. Instead we are left w/ no encouragement from PB about their plans, when they are targeting it for release, how cool will it be in terms of iPad integration, etc. Silence costs customers.
