unescape urls when used as thought names (%20)
"Paste Web Link" doesn't "un-escape" urls very well, if at all. Especially for long SharePoint links, this results in thought names filled with escapes such as %20 and unreadable thought names.

Editing such thought names is one of the most frequent operations I need to to in PB4.

I agree. It's not necessary to use ASCII character numbers preceded by percentage (e.g., %20 = %(ASCII character 20) = %("space") to represent spaces, etc. It's not only confusing to those who don't understand this convention, it makes accidental errors more likely since 3 characters (%, 2, 0) are involved, instead of just one (space).
