The closest thing available to this right now is to add the contents of the report to the selection via the Edit menu. Next, select Edit > Copy as Text Outline with Notes. You can now paste into Word, etc for formatting and printing.

An error occurred while saving the comment jroeterd commentedAgain look at how Evernote (2.2 version) does it. You can have a part of a note encrypted! In Evernnote I use that all the time when I am saving my passwords. Only for that I keep Evernote installed on my system. Would be nice if PB could do that too. Especially the encryption of a part of a note.

Clarification from John – this is for opening attachments from the instant activate results pop-up. You can already directly open attachments from the main search results list.
An error occurred while saving the comment jroeterd commentedUsing SHFT-ENTER to open attachments from the instant-search box would also be nice. Is not mentioned bij JLRoberts but I assume it will be possible ...

An error occurred while saving the comment jroeterd commentedAnother 'this is a must' post.
I would like this very much as it makes it easy to add thoughts to PB. Understanding how it works is not enough. Try Evernote to experience it .. it works like a charm and rocks. -

An error occurred while saving the comment jroeterd commentedI do not understand how a workspace would help you remember what you came to do? If it is to have multiple seperated starting points to work from pinnend thought seems enough for me. Also that certain links will only be available as a corresponding workspoace is open sounds to me a bit scary. A would prefer to make effort on other suggestions ... So no point from me.

An error occurred while saving the comment jroeterd commentedWith auto-hide every time you set the focus on another windows it gets hidden. This makes it very unnatural to switch between applications.
It is not a big thing but I think it would be relative easy to add "Minimize to tray" to the 'Float' and 'Auto-hide' options.
I would like this very much. specially because I use the comma trick a lot and when renaming a thought makes the child thought expand to full length because the name is different.
