    As a workaround I create thoughts titled Template, [Template Type]. I set the notes, color, thought type and tags as needed. Then when I need to create a thought using this template I activate it, choose ctr+shift+d (shortcut for duplicating). This duplicates the thought. I then Shift + activate it's parent to do a thought move and change the name to what I want.

    Tommie, the only issue with taking a screenshot is that PersonalBrain can't index the image. If the webpage is then taken down so PB can't index it's text any more then that information is lost for extended searches. Printing the page to a .pdf and then attaching it to the thought would be an interim solution (as well as saving the page to a .mht or .webarchive depending on your OS).

    TheBrain 9 now allows setting of both text and background color. Using tags, it is possible to include multiple icons on a thought.

    Future plans include the ability to have multi-line thoughts and differing text sizes. This is fairly complex to do unfortunately since much of TheBrain’s dynamic capability is built around automated layout of thoughts, which is difficult when they can be of variable height.
