Yep -- I pretty much still use OneNote simply as a whiteboard and pencil and paper replacement when explaining something complex to my team and clients.
If PersonalBrain had this feature, they'd be wow'ed by PersonalBrain's ability to eliminate paper notes rather than OneNote.
The brainstorming and wandering process in PersonalBrain works amazingly well on a tablet, but it's only half the tool it could be.
