Release an LT Version that that is licenced (Paid) so that it meets government IT policy which prohibits Freeware.
Government IT policy prohibits the use of freeware programs due to legal liability issues. For this reason, PersonalBrain can not be loaded for general users as a PB Reader. Thus, it is not in common use and not growing in popularity as much as it should be.
An LT version would allow the software to be used and thus give it more visability to potential users.

I see there is not any movement or support for this suggestion. Maybe I need to clarify.
This program is not legally allowed on many corporate computers because of IT policy against freeware/shareware. Changes to make it legal would make it available and thus a usable product for general IT users.
