Enable manual reordering of thoughts in Outline view
When brainstorming using the Outline view, the order of the thoughts should be able to be done graphically on the screen using the mouse. This is needed to enable prioritizing ideas. Also thoughts should be able to be elevated or demoted using the mouse.

I used an old program called MaxThink which was excellent for outlining and brainstorming. Simple keyboard commands created new thoughts, demoted them, elevated them, or reordered them. Adding such simple keyboard commands to the use of the mouse would be ideal.
