I've been using Evernote to save important articles from the web. TB will let you save links easily but they also risk getting deleted/broken.

In order to fully utilize TB as a information hub of your collected materials, you should be able to save dynamic web pages to 'snap shot' knowledge.

The newly Quick thoughts function should just have an option of saving link or content.
