Editable Spreadsheet View
I would like the option to view an entire brain as an EDITABLE spreadsheet, (excluding notes).
Columns would include Thought Title, Individual Tag Types (on, off), Parents (coma separated titles in single column field), Children (coma separated in single colums field), Jumps same etc
A-Z Sortability by at least (Thought Title), Individual (Tag), Date Created, Date/Time Modified as well as all instances serving as interchangeable links between spreadsheet view and normal view (and back again, each thought has a return to spreadsheet position view)This would make for fast and efficient editing as well as lightning mobility through brain

How about creating a Brain Viewer?
Share my brain via a brain viewer so customers do not have to download what maybe to them new and unfamiliar software. Add security too and disperse data with viewing rights.

Subcription to RSS and Tweets
Add the ability to subscribe to twitter and rss feeds. Provide a wizard to setup how the tweets enter TheBrain and what information is parsed from the feed. For example the wizard could set up hash tags as jump thoughts or tags. Feed authors could be parents or jump thoughts. Once established, the brain could sync to these feeds inline with web caching and WebBrain Syncing.

make tags in the plex clickable
I would find it useful to make the tags, if visible in the plex, to also be clickable such that when clicked it does the same thing as clicking a tag in the Tag window. This would reduce the amount of time I spend "walking my mouse" to scroll through the Tags window to find the relevant tag.

Instant Search - Thought Attachment File Names
The Instant Search only helps you quickly find the any thoughts with keywords in the searchbox. How much would be a overhead of also including the names of the files stored as attachment to build the search index. This way you can to a an instant search on any attachments with a specific file names too.

attachment numbers are not readily visible on the thought icon
Currently the number of attachments per thought is very small and barely visible against the background. Could you change at least the background to a better colour such as red?
This would greatly improve readability.

notes markers on export
Have text/notes 'exported' optionally with a simple marker of some sort so that when 'copy as outline with notes' pasting into a document it is possible to distinguish between thoughts (level x) and notes associated with thoughts at level x-1. As some other have suggested use of templates for notes then I guess this (and more) could be achieved that way.

automatic colouring of the branches
It will be good to have a feature that allows one to have different colours for branches automatically rather than doing it manually. This will help increase efficiency and speed as well as emphasise important points

The special characters tab for Mac OSX
The special characters tab is not present within your application for
Mac OS. This special characters which is present in the edit tab should be available and is available in all Mac OS designed applications since the tab is not an optional feature for all Mac OSX whether from Apple or private retailers. This special character tab allows me to increase speed in note-taking whether during lectures or

additional thoughts shapes
It would be perfect, it we could add additional thought shapes than the current squared default shape. So It will help thought stand out better. such as oval, rounded, cloud-shape or no shape at all

allow user to re-order Brain Buttons
When a user adds Brain Buttons to the toolbar, they are fixed in the order that they were added to the toolbar.
It would be nice if the User could drag and drop the Brain Buttons on the toolbar so as to allow the User to re-arrange the order of the Brain Buttons.
This would be similar to the way a User can re-order Pins.

enable searching and linking of thought links
Sometimes relationships between thoughts can be complex (like the transformation of DNA into chromosomes). Since a lot of useful data can now be stored in a link, I would like for such links to show up in my searches.
Also, I see there is a timeline idea. Perhaps enabling thought links to become timelines associating a chain of events between two thoughts would be a good idea, too.

Objects directly on the Wallpaper
It would be nice if you could put directly on the Wallpaper text boxes, images, and links. (Interesting in presentatione mode). whatever thoughts you click, direct access remains

Expand & Collapse view for Node Types.
I have many node types and it is a pain to search for each node type view scrollbar. Could you implement an expand and collapse feature to reduce manual type-node search times.

Update the iOS app for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus
There are a ton of new features the app could use, but I would love to simply see it updated to fit the new screen resolutions, even if there are no new features. This is one of the few apps that could really benefit from the bigger screens.
It's been since May 2014 that the app was was updated. It's disheartening to see it languishing on version 1.

Create a thought directly from clipboard or unbox on Android
Creating a thought out of a web link should be a lot easier and more intuitive. My suggestion: right from the + menu, without having to type the thought name first.
