Everything you describe, I have already created using a Cerebro script that I placed in my toolbar, and I use it immediately.
It generates my note with exactly the parameters I want. For example, it inserts the current date in the title in the format “DD/MM/YY”, followed by a title that it prompts me to provide.
In the body of the note, I can include all my predefined instructions with their formatting, and I can tell it to prompt me successively for different inputs: data 1, data 2, etc.
It can then link the note however I want and even perform automatic searches. For instance, if it’s a cooking recipe, I can ask it to assign a tag based on the type of dish and to link the three main ingredients to their corresponding thoughts; if those thoughts do not exist, it creates them.
By working this way, we can build very large, highly structured templates.
