    Yes to custom system prompts, especially with Cerebro in v15! There seems to be a system prompt that The Brain passes on to the model. The ability to have a way to define my preferences/behaviors that persist across chat sessions is crucial. Similar to OpenAI custom instructions, Claude Code uses Output Styles and Claude.md as system/user prompt layers and Notion has the ability to set any page as personalized instructions for the AI.

    I will add the ability to use other AI API's as well. Most are compatible with OpenAI's API. Locall LLM would be great.

    To add to this, when using the AI feature to Generate Note, the ability to select a PDF or doc from the thought folder as the Context Thought would be great. This would be similar to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
