develop a Personal Brain iPhone App
I had posted this as an idea but was not clear that I expected an iPhone App that could Synch with "Brains in the Cloud" Thus having Cloud based Brains is a key step but did not "Complete" My original idea. An iPhone App would be able to take full advantage of the iPhone UI and Multi Finger controls.
Thus the repost
TheBrain for iOS is out now worldwide. It features separate native UIs designed for iPad and iPhone. Thanks everyone for your patience.

I think this is going to be the most important new feature for the PB as well as an App for the iPad. Thank you for giving us a chance to let you know that ))

Consider Elips to use a single code-base to deliver to 4 major platforms while retaining native speed: http://developer.openplug.com/

I am for a native iPhone app for personal brain because the the new iPhones are not with unlimited internet access as the previous plans. Plus, the native app would run faster than the internet-based rendering.

Harlan, Love the new Brain 6.0...you just keep the updates and upgrades hot and heavy. Good job!
Just bopught an iPad and tried viewing Webbrain on it's Safari...not good...can't view all the text/copy attached to each thought. An APP for the iPad would be so perfect...that ability to carry an iPad around with all my Brains...well...you get it... -

Do not just develop a Personal Brain iPhone App, but also an App for ANDROID ;)
I think many people would rather vote for this:
http://thebrain.uservoice.com/forums/4597-thebrain/suggestions/94646-personal-brain-for-android-web-and-google-?ref=title...if they knew of its existance. Thats the problem with new suggestions when many other suggestions are already made. They are hard to find.

Totally agree with Tom. The iPad app would be the ideal. An iPhone app would be to restrictive. Integration with Evernote would bring a would bring a set of functions to both apps that would be unbeatable.

PersonalBrain for iPad would be a marriage made in heaven. Would also probably entice a lot of new users. Integrate it with Evernote and it will be my best digital high since taking delivery of my first PC!

Yes, I like to have an App for my iPhone so I can manage my thoughts from the App. It would be easy to fix, I think. But I have read a lot of arguments against it.
I think I will have webbrain a Go.
Hopefully this tast will prevail!>>Pioter, Sweden

I'm a huge fan of this, I would love to be able to reference my brain on the road. I probably wouldn't need to do much data entry but a good search capability and the ability to email a thought would be hugely valuable for me.

If PB is ported to iPad, I will have enough valid reasons to make the iPad worthwhile and would go buy both the iPad and PB iPad version.

Every info manager is coming out with native apps for iPad and many for iPhone as well. Let's do this!

Obviously we need one. Also for iPad please. We will be using more and more this kind of device. Plus I'd be happy to carry everywhere Thebrain which a very useful tool for my right brain style.

Please get serious about this! Is it not obvious that it is in demand and it will also generate more interest in PB for other systems too. You guys would be foolish not to get onboard the iPhone/iPad thing.... all those people who are using the free version (like me) you could finally milk them for a few dollars!!!

I couldn't disagree more about the screen real estate on an iPhone. I doubt many would use the iPhone as their primary means of working with their Brains. Instead, I believe they would use the iPhone version to reference the Brain, and make occasional changes. However, I pulled up my WebBrain on my iphone and had no trouble navigating it. I have several mindmapping programs on the iPhone and they are not nearly as easy to use as PB would be because PB has the awesome search feature that can take you immediately where you need to be, no matter how large your Brain has grown. If you bring this project to fruition, I will be able to wipe at least 25% of my apps out of the iPhone, leaving even more room for Brain size. This app-o-cide would include project managers, list managers, note apps, journaling apps and brainstorming apps. In short, PB on the iPhone would be a most wonderful and useful thing.
