develop a Personal Brain iPhone App
I had posted this as an idea but was not clear that I expected an iPhone App that could Synch with "Brains in the Cloud" Thus having Cloud based Brains is a key step but did not "Complete" My original idea. An iPhone App would be able to take full advantage of the iPhone UI and Multi Finger controls.
Thus the repost
TheBrain for iOS is out now worldwide. It features separate native UIs designed for iPad and iPhone. Thanks everyone for your patience.
Get it now: https://itunes.apple.com/app/thebrain-for-ios/id835873357

Yes, full functionality would be worth paying for.....and I don't mean a dollar.

I seriously would pay good money for this app if it appeared and want to admit that I am already starting to shift from my prior high utilisation of my Personal Brain to apps that have a good interface on the iphone and synch to the cloud. (No names as I really want Personal Brain to succeed) PLEASE KEEP ME AS A CUSTOMER with Desktop and iPhone UIs synched to the Cloud, and the obvious Web UI as the icing on the cake.

If we can get to a 'Brain in the Cloud', then an iPhone app may be able to just have a shortcut back to a file attachment, so that we could retrieve on demand.

Even if a full-blown iPhone App is problematic, an App that could capture new thoughts would be extremely helpful. With the newest iPhones, there could even be a Voice interface!! Upon synching with our computers, having the means to add these to a designated brain. Even if these iPhone thoughts are duplicates, that can be resolved from our computer.

masfaw,
There are numerous native mindmapping and note management applications available for the iPhone. For example, iThoughts, Evernote, etc... MindMeister is weeks away from releasing a native iPhone app. While PB may be somewhat more complex than these apps, the additional complexity is by no means insurmountable in terms of developing an iPhone version. Brain Technologies needs to get on board with this ASAP. The current model of a single-user standalone desktop application is antiquated and as I've stated before, Brain Technologies needs to get with the program or risk becoming completely irrelevant.

I believe a native app on iPhone or Windows Mobile will be a real challenge. Consider the resources required to run PersonalBrain on your desktop. A better solution is to develop a hybrid app that uses web services to access your personalbrain data from a website (e.g. WebBrain.com). This app should also work on Windows Mobile.
