A visible link button on the forum pages would help, to directly jump to the "TheBrain Feature Suggestions."

That's a nice fat button!
But its affordance (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affordance) could be stronger. The main point of this button is not to "Discover and Vote for Feature Ideas", but to have the user "Suggest or vote for new features" with the emphasis on "suggest". Afterall, that's the main reason, you created this site. So the title of the button should say so!
The button should have a more prominent position, preferably at the top where it would be always visible to remind the user of the existence of this functionality. Who scrolls down everytime?
I would suggest the position between the buttons "Mark all categories as read" and "New Topic".
