  1. A Better way to Segment Brains

    By allowing Cutting and Pasting and maintaining links to other brains, which otherwise would require a huge manual effort and the risk of potentially loose data or at least have a lot of duplication.

    Alternatively a way to sync sections between brains could be an option.

  2. Subscribe to RSS feeds

    I would like to configure a thought to subscribe to an RSS feed. TheBrain when the sync button is clicked would download new thoughts for each new item in the feed. A configuration option could possibly limit the updates to X number of items so as not to flood TheBrain with child thoughts.

  3. Use macOS Share Sheet to Send Content to Quick Thought

    Since the Quick Thought widget is gradually replacing (or maybe merging with) Brain Box, it would be a very useful feature to be able to send content to the Quick Thought client via the macOS share sheet. Examples:

    • select text on a web page, or in a document, or in any app that supports the share sheet, and send that thing to Quick Thought for later editing or/and addition to a Brain
    • same, except share a file from Finder via Quick Thought for later attachment to a thought in a Brain

  4. Add button to copy code block and Callouts content

    Add a “Copy” button for TheBrain code blocks and callouts in their top-right corner were very handy.

    Unfortunately, this feature doesn’t seem to currently apply to TheBrain.

    It would be great if support could be added.
