  3. Hi, iOS (26.4.2) on iPhone (13 Pro) issue (though is see it also on the macOS desktop app).
I can’t access the note. The screen is showing mainly the thought name and the bottom menu items cover the tip of the note. No way the decrease thought name text size. Not sure if a bug or per design.

To replicate go to Instagram, select

and share to BrainBox. Then import from BrainBox to a thought. The import process creates this thought name and note with the link to Instagram-All good and desired.

  4. Notes can seem cluttered and run-together with single line spacing. I often manually, or now using Cerebro, add blank lines between tabbed or bulleted lines for more clarity and ease of reading. Enabling some basic paragraph formatting would save a good bit of time and trouble.

  5. In V15 beta, when you click a link in a note, that pops up a little dialog (see attached screenshot) which shows the text of the link and a hamburger (a menu button). By clicking on the text, you can finally bring up the linked item (a note or external URL).

From a user's point of view, this creates avoidable friction because it bundles functionality that could be achieved by other means as well:
    - let me start with the hamburg menu that is brought: that can also be access through the context menu, so there really is no need…

  6. Sometimes adding new thoughts and you want to go quickly - this would help.

I know there are keyboard shortcuts, but these are often sometimes not the easiest to establish ( and I for one am always having them clash with other apps -on a Mac). Many other apps now have slash command as a quick entry means. This would help.

  12. I have a wealth of "Google Alerts" (over 6000 of them).

Can I import them into a new Brain?

I'd like to be able to sort and categorize them, and access/use them for content creation ideas.

Many of them have multiple links to different media sources.
The ideal new thought would include:
    1. Alert name/Type (e.g.: Shopping Tips)
    2. Alert Date (yyyy/mm/dd)
    3. Alert Title (Initial Cap text)
    4. Alert Link (url)
    5. Alert Media Name (Name/abbreviation of Media Source))
    6. Alert Description (1-2 lines of text or summary text)

  15. This is an old idea/request: Please make it possible to generate a report for thoughts with links to external files that do not exist at that location any more.
This is a must have for me.
Also a report for broken URL attachments would be nice.
I guess, the process of generating this report would be slow, but it would be worth the wait.

  16. By allowing Cutting and Pasting and maintaining links to other brains, which otherwise would require a huge manual effort and the risk of potentially loose data or at least have a lot of duplication.

Alternatively a way to sync sections between brains could be an option.
