Link Selections
It would be very useful to be able select multiple links, just as you can do with thoughts and perform mass-manipulation on them. Control-click a few links and they appear in the selection box on the left. From there you could easily set all links to one-way, or modify the type, etcetera.
Also similar to how you can select All child thoughts of a thought by control-click on the coloured circle it would be nice if could select all child/jump/parent links, e.g. by control-alt-click or something like that.

I would also like the ability to navigate to the link with the keyboard, just stop half-way between thoughts. From there link-typ acellerator - boom!

Yes! I'm using TB7 to map out an Intranet Help system. I use tags to flag the state of each topic, from TBW to published, but I need to also flag the links. I usually write a handful of topics at a time, link them all, run them past QA and my manager, and then publish them. I'd like to flag all the links as done in one pass. With color-coding, so I can see at a glance if any were missed.

Adding this new link functionality to existing converted brains (with many thoughts and relationships) is very very awkward (read: completely undoable) without mass manipulation. Referring this user request to uservoice (which is as good as a guarantee that nothing will be done about it) is IMO a very unclever move.

Added 3 votes, I ran in to this also while using TheBrain 7 Beta. Very surprised that this is not yet default functionality...
