Tags / Smart Thought enhancement

I realize there are several items listed here but this is kind of an all or nothing request.
- Smart Thoughts should be able to have parent and jump thoughts as a part of the normal brain structure.
- Normal thoughts should be able to be converted into Smart Thoughts by selecting which tag(s) the Smart Thought applies to in the Thought Properties dialog.
- Clicking on a tag in the Tags tab should NOT automatically open that tag's Smart Thought (maybe double click instead?). Having the Smart Thought automatically open adds needless extra navigation editing the tag properties.

Capture HTML of a webpage, added to the plex, in the notes.
To be exact I am suggesting:
Whenever you add a webpage to the plex by dragging it's icon in the URL bar of a web browser to the plex, there should be an option such as a set of keys (e.g. holding down shift while dragging & dropping) that would cause PersonalBrain to actually capture the HTML and associated pictures from the webpage and place them in the "Notes" section.
Furthermore, I think this option should be further customized to allow one the option to actually attach the HTML file of the page you were looking at to the actual…

Tool bar button for show/hide tag hints
The hide tag hints option in 5.0.0.9 is great. It just takes too many steps to switch back and forth. I propose that a button be added to the tool bar to show/hide tag hints, so that it can be toggled on and off quickly.

Recenter expanded view
It would be nice to have a menu option (perhaps under the Thought menu) to recenter the expanded view to the currently active thought. This would be helpful to avoid getting lost after panning around a large expanded view.

Creating Tag options
When creating a new tag in the Tags tab, users should have the option to uncheck the checkbox for making the tag visible in the plex (instead of creating the tag and then immediately editing the tag just to uncheck the box).

Collect attachments from multiple thoughts.
I need a way to be able to collect individual attachments from multiple thoughts into one location.
The example is that I have many individual thoughts for employee ID photos. As it is now I have to select all those thoughts, copy, paste into new brain. Open Explorer and search for the file type in that brains directory to collect all the attachments. Perhaps we can have a context menu item in the selection pane that allows us to "collect attachments" under one thought as COPIES. Add attachments - files
Using Mac OS the current facility to Add Attachments does not seem to allow importing of files into a thought, only the short cut. A file can be imported by dragging the file name from a folder but not as an option to the Add Attachments route.
In addition when dragging files what is being dragged is not always consistent sometimes it indicates a shortcut and sometimes not.

Send a e-mail to the the Thought's linked address to recommend PersonalBrain. It can be titled as "recommend PB to xxx@aaa.com"

Need consistency in context menus
Right clicking and selecting a tag provides a menu sub-divided by the tag names.
Right clicking and selecting a thought type provides a sub-divided menu with lower case alpha characters.
Right clicking on a selection, the Add Tag and Set Selection Thought Type menus are not sub-divided.
I think it would polish the PB product and make it look a little more professional if there was better consistency in these context menus.

Rename tag
If the focus is on a tag in the Tags Tab, pressing F2 should open the Tag Properties so that the tag can be renamed easily.

In Tag tab, jump to tags on keystroke (like report list)
I have 50+ tags, so if I hit the letter 'Q' then it should jump to the first 'Q' on the list, just like it does in the drop-down list of the reports

Socialise my PersonalBrain
This would look like a number of Personal Brain Connectors to the many and varied Social Media Websites. At it's basic level it would enable the Personal Brain to create Thoughts on the fly from RSS Feed(s). In the Mature Version when I added a Friend in say FaceBook they would be added in my Personal Brain with the Right Click giving me the option to jump to one of their many Social Media Spaces. Social Thoughts would show the number of unseen subordinate Thoughts.

Support Thunderbird email
I've tried to like Outlook. I really have -- just so I could use the Outlook-compatible features in Brain. But every time I go from my nice, clean Thunderbird interface to the visual and security mess that is Outlook, I start to cry. If you could support Thunderbird I'd be really, really happy.

add thought type, link type, color to many thoughts at once
It would be very helpful, especially when adding lots of new thoughts, to be able to highlight multiple thoughts, and automatically add characteristics (thought type, link type, color, etc.) to all at the same time. If this capability exists, I sure can't find it.
7 votesHold down the control key and click the thoughts to select them. You can also select by control-clicking a gate, using search, using a report, or using the crawl function. Once you have a selection, right-click to set the thought type.
Currently you can’t set link type or color this way – if you’d like to be able to do that, vote for this. :)
