I have a series of tags for "year last updated", which I manually create each year.

I'm sure other users could identify other through characteristics that could be exposed dynamically as tags.

Color should be user-selectable as with regular tags, and should be selectable by thought as with regular tags.

In addition, I can imagine giving users the option of selecting some tags globally (to display on all thoughts)
